About me
I started running in 2024 and have since completed 3 half marathons. I wanted to take on an even bigger challenge in 2026 and particiate in the Isle of Man’s first Backyard Ultra. In preparation for this I will also be doing a half marathon race in March and my first full marathon in August.
When I set this goal for myself, I decided I also wanted give back and raise money for two charities close to my heart. For more information on those, see below.
Ed Space
Ed Space is mental health charity that offer weekly peer to peer support groups providing a safe, welcoming space for men and women to connect, share experiences, and find comfort in the support of one another.
Hospice Isle of Man
Hospice Isle of Man is a charity providing specialist palliative care and end of life care for people diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and offers help to those people whose cancer may be cured.
